Promoting international friendship.

The International Society is an independent, not-for-profit organisation unique to Greater Manchester. We aim to provide international students with a warm and friendly welcome when they arrive in the city and to make their time in the UK a wonderful experience.

The International Society was founded in 1966 and from small beginnings of less than a hundred members we now have around 6,500 members from over 130 countries each year.
